    No licenses for non landowners

    I don't have a problem with land owners getting a gratis permit, my dad did for years he passed and my mom doesn't hunt so nobody gets a landowner gratis on 640 acres of land in 2c. I haven't had a gun license in four years and my brother in 3. only bow hunting until we draw a tag. I don't agree...
