    I would check bank 1 first, would think a good reader would isolate which one. When the wife's suburban did this it was the one before the cat converter. Research turned up everything from bad intake manifold gaskets, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel regulator, bad injector, bad plug and wires...

    Could be the MAF still but if it is bad I would think it would also be hard starting, idle rough and hesitate quite a bit. O2 sensor was 1st thing that popped into my head but I am not a mechanic nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
