    ^Agree completely Sluggo...stopped by Lake Darling this afternoon after work down on the south end by the dam...lot of open water...2 guys out fishing, talked to one of the guys said the ice is 6-7 inches in spots but looked pretty sketchy...I'm gonna wait a week as well...cold temps comin next...

    How goes it Oley...best thing you can do is get out and explore. Ice is really sketchy right now so if you venture out don't go alone. Lake Darling ice is still ok in some locations. Looks like we got ice making temps coming this week, Audubon bays should be fine in 2 weeks. Good luck and be safe...
