    The full moon is also messing with them. Some areas have some birds but are not feeding at normal times or in big flocks. I have also seen quite a few non residents that may be busting up roosts.

    Why can the protesters break the law and occupy land without a permit but Dakota Access can't install a legally approved pipeline after an frivolous order by the White House? I think it is about time a company takes a stand against an out of control government and install the dam pipeline.
