    They're awesome - but stay paranoid and avoid high temps when using them. They decompose into some nasty chemicals when overheated. If you ever "burn" or otherwise ruin one with heat - toss it and the food riding it into the trash.

    OK. Up until the last few years I also don’t ever recall forest fire smoke being a common issue. I suspect something has changed, but have not heard or read of our intrepid reporters investigating or reporting on the cause. There.

    Every year has 365.25 years, so set the thermostat to that ya goof. If you have a digital tstat model you bought the wrong one.

    If you can’t remember the right oil temp you’re hopeless because it’s the same as the number of DAYS IN A YEAR. Deep fried fish has a built in alarm. Juices just start coming out when it’s done and the sound changes to that sound you hear when water drops into hot oil (snap/crackle/pop).

    Sold as an effective stump killer. Already diluted - so no handling of concentrate which brings greater risk of skin exposure - and sold in small enough quantities that the risk of your average Joe misapplying over a large area is kept to a minimum.
