    Chili, one of my many favorites

    along with ground beef and pork, we always fried an = amount of stuffed smoked deer sausage for the fish house chili... we fried it in butter until done, then sliced it into 1/4" slices then fried them on both sides until almost burnt, then added them into the pot...

    i'll have 3" of rain then 2" of snow (for tracking) the 10th thru 12th of nov to lock everything down and freeze up wet, -30 lows and 0 highs from nov 15 to dec 15 for good ice, highs in the 20's thru march, then warm to the 70's with enough rain to replace the snow we don't want to help take...
