    Near the outside edge, drill a couple holes together so you could shove a 24V trolling motor down the hole and set it to WFO. I can't fathom knowing you were going to be making that big wheel and NOT figuring out how to have a chainsaw in-hand.

If tournament anglers are so benevolent, why not just do those things anyway without having to douche up the lakes and rivers with their boat races...

    Propane/Nat'l gas is the only way I'd do it, unless I farmed and used enough diesel to keep it fresh. Fuel stability is the Achilles-Heel of everything that isn't propane/Nat'l gas. I know one guy who has a Nat'l Gas Onan hooked up in town. The only others I know of are on farms and they run...

    I suppose anything that could go into the bin to agitate the grain wouldn't work when the bin is full and the hole in the top isn't big enough to get an effective agitator in either? Too bad they can't line the walls and floor with a thin layer of UHMW or some other slick surface liner?
