    It isn't so much about recruiting, as the public schools do it too. It's about big cities with hundreds of kids too draw on compared to rural communities with far less kids. Sure Shiloh, Ryan, Trinity, and Davies have smaller enrollment so they are B....BUT THEY STILL ARE LOCATED IN HUGE...
