    We tapped two maples. Started maybe a week late. But freeze/thaw cycle kept going for a week or so and we got maybe 35 gallons of sap which yielded 1.5 gallons of syrup. For some goofy reason our maples are very high brix.

    I effed up an elbow installing insulation panels in a cargo trailer. To the point I figured it was permanent. The band thingy actually worked quite well for me... and has been good ever since (3 years or so)
