    There was actually a member from fishing buddy who posted a story about what to do with a puppy/young dog who would play ruff with his new born baby. I don't remember what the general consensus as to what was the best remedy for him but now that I'm a dog owner play biting is not acceptable anytime.

    I think the eviction notice is what is trumping your argument because if the guide was given an eviction notice and didn't vacate the property. Shouldn't the leo have the right to arrest and issue a citation for littering, since clearly by law he is trespassing on private property.
