    Ive been to a few AA meetings, not for me. Always amazes me how many ex-alcoholics are hardcore nicotine addicts. Its kinda hilarious actually... Seems to be totally accepted. Its unfortunate they focus so much on alcohol because alcohol isnt really their problem, its ADDICTION!

    Me and the wife have switched to a lot of keto eating, low carb. Its not fun but I feel a lot better, no more carb coma after eating, etc. Bad part is the foods you can eat arent nearly as good as high carb foods. We have cheat days occasionally tho to satisfy cravings.

    Did some subsoiling yesterday where trees are going, rented a small tractor. Claw is supposed to go up to 24 inches deep... 45hp tractor struggled to pull it, but a few passes got the job done.
