    Sounds tasty! I would wait on adding garlic for a minute or 2 after the bacon/onions- burns too quick and gets very bitter and if you have reduced the liquid and add the butter at the very end and off heat you can skip the flour.... Now I need a deer tag.

    Haven't checked the corp site but it look like Sak has to be coming up some, where the river meets lake, the mud flats are pretty much gone from my vantage point. Sounds like Sidney and points north had a real goose drowner.

    Pretty much covered what I know to check. My first though was trim at the ramp, they have a sensor/switch that keeps them from starting if trimmed up to much. Would be helpful to describe what exactly is happening at ramp. Good luck, it can be very frustrating! My 2002 75 sat for 6 years...

    Interesting reading many comments about drum being tasty, I like them. In Ohio, most guys on Erie won't allow sheepshead in their nets, let alone eat one. Erie has some real bruisers in it; not uncommon to catch one close too or over 30". Doesn't seem to matter in what- they hit everything...

    We like pike just as much as walleye and since, like other's have noted, most cannot tell the difference once cooked; a couple 5 to 10 pound pike per outing really helps with the big family campout and fish fry.
