    If you have a sub moa rifle and load at 200 yards it really isnt that difficult to shoot out to 600.

    We are a ways away from a late ice change imo. I think (i dont know just a thought) that the late ice transition starts when the first real ice sweat occurs. This obviously changes based on how far north or south you are fishing and the weather .

    I shoot out to 600 with 130 grain partions. Never shot a deer that far but the gong sure does bong at that range. I have also shot in high side winds and was able to consistently wack the gong at 400 to 600. I havent shot further as 600 is the max turret travel my scope has.

    I put mattracks on a toyota tacoma a couple years ago. I never once didnt get buried when i used it. The tracks would break through the hard snow crust and then i would need a tractor to get pulled out. It was a very expensive lesson to say the least. i could see them working ok on a tracker...

    If you guys do try fish in your scrambled eggs make sure to add less moisture to the eggs as the fish chunks release quite a bit of juice.
