    So do little nancy boy named Francis! - - - Updated - - - Sitting here at just before 6 in the morning and our temps are in the 40's for over night lows. That is going to wreak havoc with the ice we have left. Wouldn't be shocked if we see more articles like this one before the weekend is done.

    Checked it against some lakes I know and its seems to be spot on atleast for now. It even knew that the ice at my folks place was only around one inch.

    That's actually 4 inches but yeah like I said went a hundred yards from the truck but was to shallow to have any real shot at the eyes and there was no chance in hell I was going out deeper so headed out. You think im crazy whats that make this guy out on the same lake on Sat night.

    This is what I call a death wish! Lake had four to five inches in the main basin but dropped below 3 in atleast one spot I checked and this is on the slush ice not nice clear stuff!
