Lease or buy? need your opinions guys.

That truck cost you $1K/yr, + any up front down payment, + your monthly lease payment. Let's say you had $0 down and a $300/mo lease payment, that means the truck cost you $4600/yr. That said, if you know where a person can get a $0 down, 0% $83/mo lease on a new truck, please do let me know...

Yeah but you got little feet and short legs. 1000 of your paces is still only 34yds.

    Long range shooting

You need to load some 155gn Lapua Scenars or 155gn 2156 Sierra Palmas. Higher BC than all of the 168-175/8's and lighter weight adds velocity too. Free Lunch.

Tell us about your planned fishing/hunting trips

Wags loves sharks, and snakes, and spiders, and big hulking sneaking gators, and poison bugs.

    Any outboard or prop gurus?

Cotter pin, nut, couple of washers and a guy can throw them away as often as your little heart desires. Trying to hold most of 2200# of boat + ~500-800# of humanity and fishing gear + 200# of livewell water + 600# of motor mostly outta the water @ 60MPH+ whilst in a hard corner takes more...

    Jig storage

That's not a jig problem per se. Jig problems only exist when there's not enough to go around. You on the other hand merely have an adequate amount for multiple trips, unless you need more.

No, because Wags so loves sharks, he's taking Wags along........................as BAIT!

Then your dings are likely your issue. A notch or two worth of motor height might help/hurt some, but not 800 RPM worth.

    Jig storage

It's not so much the chips that bother me, it's the layer if gummy/greasy dirt and the rusty hooks. For my purposes, I think fewer jigs in the actual box that get changed out more quickly is a good thing.

    Any outboard or prop gurus?

Oops!! I was reading max HP for the boat, not what was actually bolted to it. That doesn't change any of my ideas though. Now, if you're not trimming when running and have the motor pinned to the transom as NodakBuckeye and Riverfisher asked about, then none of what I said is going to make...

    Jig storage

I don't disagree that they take up lots of space. That said, with a little planning a guy should be able to have enough jigs for a few days on the water and then hold some in reserve @ home or in the vehicle to replenish what gets lost or damaged. I've got a ~15yr old 3700 Plano with dozens of...

    Jig storage

I want to store jigs without having them get dirty/greasy/rusty and/or have the paint beaten off of them. I did something similar to the pic below for my ice tackle and it worked great. I used the foam that computer components are shipped in, the structural open cell stuff. I was dreading...

    Any outboard or prop gurus?

I didn't post that, Rangernation81 did and it's from the E-Tec webpage. That said, direct from the Yamaha Marine Owner Resources section of their webpage a 620/F250 spec sheet is available: http://yamahaoutboards.com/sites/default/files/bulletins/bulletin_4stroke_hpv6_vmax_rng-620vs-f250txr.pdf
