    If I’m going at least the speed limit on a 2 lane Hwy and someone catches up from behind but won’t pass even though there isn’t a hill or car in sight, I begin slowing down in 1 or 2 Mph increments. I’ve slowed down on a 65 mph road down to the 30’s at times. I do this to find out what it takes...
