    I actually stepped on the scale yesterday and to my amazement I was 215.9lbs. Down about 30 pounds from my top weight. Might have to buy new pants or start eating junk again.

    Just spent an hour and a half digging snow tunnels with my 5 year old. Best workout I've had in a while(really hard snow) and I know he won't forget it. Highly recommend.
