    What should happen is if the landowner doesn't let you on to recover your deer then they should be charged with wanton waste. Seems appropriate in that case, knowingly letting an animal be wasted.

    Seriously use the ignore feature, I did it a long time ago and it's nice. Plus if more people would stop responding to him, guess what he'll go away! Do us all a favor and hit the Ignore button on him!!

    This is old news, he pushes his outfitter agenda every year. So far he hasn't gained traction. I know it seems like he is some big wig, but he's not. He has no ties to G&F, they think he's a joke as well. Right now their deer plan has no significant changes as the vast majority of comments were...

    Could be, I lived in ND my whole life until 3 years ago. Overall getting tags is much better, better run lotteries, etc. The worst part is the land laws, everything is considered posted . . . sucks a lot after living in ND so long. If that issue comes up, don't let ND change that for sure!

    Overall SD G&F does one hell of a job. Last year for example once there was confirmed EHD, they made big efforts in giving refunds for certain counties to immediately react to what was happening.

    We're pretty limited in SD . . . If a guy were super lucky you could get 5 West River, 5 East River, 1 Refuge, 1 Black Hills, 2 Muzzleloader, 2 any bow tags . . .

    Shhhhh . . .. don't let everyone in on the secret, it gets tougher and tougher to do this! Some people only want a tag in one specific unit and they are pissed when they don't get it. Being mobile is the key to getting tags.
