    Nice. I'm a member of their gun range, but live in SF. Make sure to buy all your SD preference points after you are a resident, that way they are cheaper and you can buy more of them (elk, sheep, etc).

    It doesn't appear to apply to non-residents . . . "HB 1150: Allows a resident of North Dakota . . " Also, with how few ND non-resident tags there are available to the average hunter (i.e. not a landowner or outfitter), it wouldn't matter, as there are tons of people with an insane amount of points.
