    I am actually very impressed with the clearance on my 2014 GMC after I removed the air deflector. It is an easy fix to add a lot of clearance compared to other rigs. - - - Updated - - - With the air deflector removed I can almost clear a case of the wife's beer stood on end.:D

    If you want easy fishing just find some old roads on your GPS and drag 1oz-1.5oz bottom bouncers with a spinner and a half crawler. It's hard to go wrong with hammered gold blades. If you don't get your limit in 1 hour you are doing it wrong.

    I know reciprocity of fish and game violations resulting in suspension of privileges exists in many states. I know a guy that hunted with the wrong buddy of a buddy a few years back. I think 40+ states participate. I can't remember how it all works, though.

    I've done some night fishing and I think it is mostly overrated. But I don't musky fish or MN fish very often either. We night fished the tailrace once and I thought it was a damn zoo. Just not my cup of tea I guess.

    I feel that. I had to put my best pal down at 6 years old due to mouth cancer back in April. I still tear up from time to time thinking about my buddy.

    Marriage has been good to me so far. Kids can put a damper on some activities but add other great ones. Once my ~1 year old becomes more self sufficiant it will be off to the races with my boys. I'm looking forward to the first trophy they put in the boat. Congrats!
