    I'd say we should have seen this coming. just another step in the process. In their eyes it does two things (win/win). If someone doesn't want to loose their guns they bow out of social security. it prolongs social security and/or it eliminates gun owners.

    in the oil patch the diesels don't get shut off all day. on frac sites they may run for days at a time. In Alaska in the winter they get shut off to do oil changes and that's about it unless they are stored inside. Some have issues from this some don't.

    this will be your typical discount program. If you female, age 26, date a black guy and there is a lunar eclipse you qualify for two of the discounts. If you gay you qualify for a third. If your a transvestite you get the last discount.

    I'm guessing the vin is embedded in the chip before they send it. then if you sell it to somebody else it doesn't work on their truck
