    I have a client that sold 17 acres to the city as his farm land was needed for a truck bypass, he made 680,000 on those 17 acres. How many wheat crops does that equate into? I will tell you 800 on an average per acre profit. not a bad deal as I don't think he will be able to put 800 more...
