    Yeah, wow, it "beats" the Creed by using between 18% and 45% (depending on the powder) more powder in a long action case. My 7mm Rem mag "beats" my Creed too I guess... Cartridge debates are kind of dumb, they all have their place.

    This is the opposite direction (using small rifle primers for a pistol) but interesting nonetheless. Are Small Pistol Magnum & Small Rifle Primers Safe in 9mm? - YouTube Quick summary: CCI 500, 550, and 400 all shoot about the same in a 9mm.

    Scheels in Fargo has primers again. - Federal Match Small Rifle - CCI 450 (small rifle magnum) - CCI 500 (small pistol) They must have gotten a few because they increased the limit from 200 to 500 per person.

    The thing is awesome. It's so much faster than the CM, it's not even funny. And being able to weigh to an extra decimal point is great for my OCD. The only place the CM (aside from price, obviously) is better, is cleanup. It's a bit trickier and more time consuming to get all the powder out...

    Interesting, but kind of disappointing. I thought this would be about 'sploding prairie dogs or other vermin. FWIW: 53gr v-max out of a 22-250 @ 3840fps is pretty spectacular. 69gr TMK out of a 22 Creed @ 3600+ is similarly devastating.
