Sometimes the pheasant opener was October 8; this year it'll be the 7th - no huge difference here. Can't say I've noticed a difference in years the opener has been the 13th or 14th as far as bird ID and we all know crop harvest is totally dependent on the weather so the date doesn't guarantee...
Wish the extended cab on the F150 was just a little bigger. Don't need the back seat for people very often but would be nice to have just a bit more room back there for when I do while still having the 6.5' box. Could go crew cab with the 6.5' but that's a bit bigger than I want for an...
First time for me really being in the market for a newer vehicle - do you usually find the best financing right through the dealer? through your bank? shop around?
Heard through the grapevine that the GnF testing wasn't too bad, but I'm guessing an email or two to them would answer that. Heard a report of stinky water at Etta, but we'll see. Hopefully the January/February thaw was enough to save some of them.
so they're predicting 10-20 inches of snow for most of ND and SD the next ten days? Yikes. Snows were moving pretty heavy down in the Gackle area yesterday, along with all other types of waterfowl.
Would like to start with the fact that in many cases those lands that several have complained about being worthless are probably not even being paid to be in the program, and if they are it's very low. Although it does suck to go out of your way to look at some PLOTS land that ends up being a...
I was down there a few days ago. You could get trucks on the west side of the highway, east side would have been tough. Might be a different story now. Bite was slow for us, couple perch and a couple crappies and hammer handles.
I know nothing of reserve funds, etc. but I would hope most districts would keep a few million in reserve for maintenance projects. Is there a state limit to how much they can reserve?
I've been in lots of schools around the state I don't see much in the way of "lavish." Of course newer...
Incredible how many deer are herded up in central ND...some areas it seems have 50-100 on every hill top. Hope Monday/Tuesday's storm doesn't do much since it might be smooth sailing after that...
Also a good idea to take a picture of your insurance card for your vehicle, etc. Easy to misplace in a glove box and they can fine you pretty good if you can't produce that, although again I don't think most cops would do that.
Not sure where you can get on now that they have it all posted up by the cabins. Apparently walking through the vacant lots was just a little too much for them to handle.
Have found a good amount of information on the Ford Ecoboost and F150s but figured I'd post here to see if any of you have first hand experience. How about the difference between the 2.7L and 3.5L? Most of the reports I've read say the 2.7 is fine if you don't tow a lot.
