    Asbestos vinyl tiles

Rowdie nailed it. And yes, you are allowed to remove it yourself on a private dwelling. Come to think of it, the floor tiles weren't even the problem at UND. It was the adhesive that contained asbestos (at least, in our building). I remember chuckling about it being damn near impossible to...

    Asbestos vinyl tiles

p.s. Asbestos flooring was available until 1980, and asbestos adhesive was in use well into the 1990s. When did they stop making asbestos floor tiles? (askinglot.com)

    Asbestos vinyl tiles

First things first, how do you know they are asbestos? There are old tiles that look just like the asbestos ones that don't contain any asbestos, so did you have them tested? Secondly, if they are asbestos, I'd probably consider leaving them in place and installing flooring over them. UND had...

    Dakota maid ammo?

Seems kinda silly, it would take quite the investment to load ammo for a broad enough swath of users to really help much.

Dont buy Lund boats or from Vallely Marine

Why? Because Lund is still the premium aluminum walleye boat manufacturer. If there was another dealer of Lunds in Bismarck, etc...that might be a different story. Until there's a competitor, Vallely is the Lund dealership in the Lake Sak and Oahe area. Which is a shame. Thank the Lord I...

    New for 2021

Since we are supposed to continue this warm weather into next week, it may very well be rain.

    New for 2021

They are having some pretty warm temps in the Billings area, so runoff is starting in the foothills and will be making its way down the Yellowstone over the coming days. Something is a brewing in the weather for the middle of next week though, so I guess we will see how that unfolds...

    South Dakota Atty General

I am guessing he is trying to hold onto his paycheck. While I don't know anything about the guy, who would touch him with a 10 ft pole if he were on the job market at this point? As Dirty pointed out, this is an incredible inflection point in life for all involved. One person is dead and the...

    Yellowstone update

LOL, now I have another movie on my list to watch. It would be nice for the river to open back up so I can more fully develop a watch list for next winter.

    Yellowstone update

LOL. I forgot about that one and the goring. I was trying to mentally figure out just how much alfalfa they would have had to drop to kill all those cows. Not sure I'll even touch on the midnight buffalo riding.

    Yellowstone update

I totally get it, I almost barfed with Beth's plan of buying land and having CRP payments pay it off in 2-3 yrs. Plus a fair number of other things caught the BS flag as well, Jimmy being a bareback rider, forced sterilization to get an abortion, taxing of ag land at the same rate as suburbia...

Which one of you clowns did this?

A number of years ago there were a couple yo-yo's that put a plane down on the ice of Upper Red Lake to fish. If I remember correctly, they were on the reservation share of the lake and got caught. Never did hear how that worked out for them, but I'm guessing it was expensive.

More wasted tax dollars by the G&F

Correct, those are USFWS employees doing the work. It doesn't say who is funding it, but I'd guess it's probably federally funded. Perhaps with some state partners from those places that prefer trout over walleye.

    Possible rolling blackouts

You really thought there are enough users of NDA who didn't know "a city home's sewage ended up in the city's sewer mains" to warrant this PSA?
