    Totally get it, I run over 300 miles yearly outside. It's not just a bike with these programs anymore, it's the membership to live/recorded classes like body weight workouts, yoga, biking, etc. It's those cold ass winter months where it really comes in handy.

    I can echo nearly the exact same results except most of our catches came on spoons rather than swim baits. My trip was a month ago. There was no morning or evening bite, but rather mid morning and mid afternoon.

    I have seen smallies swimming, never caught one though. You could put a small boat it, but it's not like theres a ramp anywhere around here. I would stick to canoe/kayak for navigating the James.

    Yes there are fish, all kinds! I can assure you this year it will not be too low, my sandbagged back yard can be used as evidence, and it usually isn't too low anyways. The river is alot deeper in spots than you'd think.

    My wife prefers charcoal grilled steaks so i do hers on there solely, but for my steak i prefer a 90min smoke on the GMG, then finish it off with a charcoal sere under heavy apple or hickory wood smoke.

    I used Del with A-1 for 4 homes. He's great, saved me from buying dud and he's the reason I got into the business. Home inspection stuff aside, there's reasons we have all this damn paperwork cuz of problems in the past. I've used VA loans for all of my buys and it is ridiculous!
