    Definitely not in your head. Water takes on plastic taste with age, especially if stored in warm temps. Had bottles stored too long in the boat take on a taste of gasoline too.

    In some states and municipalities they do but not here. However here property taxes pay for removing mountains of snow from your road. And maintaining the road that serves your house is no different than maintaining your driveway. If not you, then who should pay for that?

    Don't boil. Make torsk. Poach in 175 degree F water for 3-5 minutes, then apply salt and broil in clarified butter for 3-5 minutes. Finish with a sprinkle of paprika.
