    I remember hearing a podcast with Mark Martin, talking about how they used to throw out bleach bottles tied to x amount of line and let the bottles drift into shore to know where that x contour depth was. Quite a bit easier nowadays.

    I still play basketball often. I have a fear of being out of shape. I'm definitely not what I used to be, but not too shabby for a 37 year old man. I've also never been a BIG MEAL guy. Instead I seem to eat smaller portions 6-8 times a day.
