I have always wondered if this would work, and if it would last like it dos in a pickup truck box.
I know you can get them in different colors. I almost rhino lined an entire camper once, but chickened out.
I am thinking that I will get my cams out soon, and start seeing what's around. Has anyone gotten their cams out there yet?
Side question: has anyone tried the cams that wifi the pics to you, so you dont have to go out and manually check them? Spendy, but very cool imo.
I just bought a new mower, but have been immediately told many times that I should have went with a zero turn. I have a 5 acre lot, probably 4 acres of mowing. Do zero turns really mow that much faster?
I mostly lurk, but I have to say that the community here is quite good. I have been really impressed with the amount, and quality of the fishing reports. I think I read 10 or so in the past 24 hours. Really cool. I never understood why people don't share the info and it's great to see...
I am slowly getting into the fake bait scene. Is it worth paying for the scented gulps and others? Or do the cheap plastics work just as well? A scent designed in a lab doesn't seem like a great idea, but i could be wrong.
I can still remember making lead jigs in the basement, and having my paps show me how to cast properly.
I don't remember my 1st fish, but I remember plenty from my youth. I was hooked from as far back as I can remember. Hangin with my paps was amazing no matter what we were doing, but...
Just filled her up. Only $120 ... woulda been pushing $250 last year.
I kinda work in oil field, so I would like to see oil prices rebound, but I can't complain about these gas prices during my fishing season.
What can you guys fill up for now?
Hoping the guides on here or someone with guide experience can chime in here.
I usually only offer gratuities to service people when they are working for a business. If it's the owner helping, I rarely offer a tip.
I'm taking a half day trip on lake Mead and the captain owns his boat and is...
I'm a big guy and take care of myself fairly well in (lets say) human misunderstandings. I've found many of these misunderstandings occur while in and around the water, when people should be out having fun versus getting mad/upset about things. Of course, often the added (FUN) of drinking...
i bought a dozen cranks from wlure shop. i know it's a chinese company, but the price was great and the quality looks to be decent. has anyone else tried these before. the one problem i do see with these are that there is no dive curve data for them...
What time of the year do you enjoy going after walleye the most? I know that all seasons are fun, but I think spring is my personal favorite. How about you?

Is this typical? To add 30'-50' of mono to between lead-core line and lure.
Also, I didn't realize its ok to plunge the walleye back into the water when bringing em up from deep.
Good info.
I'm looking to get some new rain pants. I've been looking at Guidewear, Simms, etc. but the price is way up there. Being the cheap ass that I am, I stumbled on waist high waders with stocking feet and thought, why not?
Does anyone see a problem with cutting out the stocking feet to make them...
Fun topic that might get people thinking about what toys they could work into the ole budget.
What purchases do you have on your radar?
Mine is an iPilot/Link.
I have read threads on here since the opening and been slowly building up my fishing skills because of all the fine folks on here who contribute and educate those of us that are not at the same skill level. Thank you for doing this. Your willingness has helped me and my sons become better...
