Does anyone have an answer for me on my 14 year old son’s youth tag? I’ve always heard that I can send him in for one of the youth muley buck tags and if not drawn he will get his statewide whitetail tag? Is that how it goes? Anyone that’s done it in the past few years I would appreciate some insight. TIA

Yup exactly how you stated. Same goes for youth doe tags. If you send them for one of the draw units and they get denied they automatically get a statewide tag.

Did anyone see the part where it's the lowest number of tags in 50 years???

Remember what happened the last time? Soil bank and CRP. Fast forward 20 years and we were in our heyday of deer, ducks and upland birds. Then someone decided CRP was too expensive, and here we are.
