I know it's not many people's favorite brand but my 300 WM loves 180 gr partitions with IMR 7828 pushing them

I haven't had a chance to load them yet but i picked up some barnes 175 LRX for my win mag. Scheels had them in stock so it was an easy choice to try them. I also grabbed 8lbs of 4831sc for it.

What's the target species? Which 165's is he currently using? Might consider staying w/the same weight and changing bullet construction.
