Deceased Pard's mother has a little sweetie Rem Rolling Block in .32 RF. It would be a neat little turkey gun. It has a good bore and is a good candidate for restoration. The wood and bluing are shit with notches and initials gouged in the stocks. I'm conflicted if it's best to keep it .32RF or convert to .32 SW Long. Thoughts?:

I wouldn't want to rechamber .32/20 and have the same fun obtaining ammo. Also, I wouldn't want a "deer" gun: An antique PCC would be cool:

^^^^Would the gunsmithing bill be appropriate to "Bill Gates" etc?

Also, I've some trepidation with the first vid as LP decided to test with .38 SP. Too much .38 in .357 can cause chamber erosion near the mouth resulting in hard ejection of true ammo. I surmise this will never be a problem for many years for the average shooter/2nd owner unless "1st owner" shot revolver competition.

In my fantasy world: The chamber would be reamed and sleeved. I'd preserve all wood "abuse" and have custom "1911" sights installed: End game--minute of Copenhagen lid @50.

That is all.

I wonder if it could be converted to centerfire and sleeved to .224 then chambered to Hornet or .218Bee?

That WOULD be cool. However I'm kinda fixated on a PCC small game gun. .327 Ruger may be more logical than .32 SW but I don't want that much HP (at this time).

The above mention to get things lined out to .224 then chamber to 22Jet if you just gotta have a pistol cartridge. Or 221 Fireball since they were launched in the Rem XP-100.
