actually I think he was talking about globally, but Im sure it would take a while for that abundance to filter down to shithole countries in africa, if it ever would... No doubt there would be some sort of hierarchy, there always is and when intelligence isnt a tool you can leverage to move up in the world, there might be some sort of permanent caste system created. There are a lot of unknowns. Im not saying 100% these things others predict WILL happen, but theres no doubt we are in a time of massive changes, many of which are just over the horizon.

Not sure if it still applies but at that time we were not allowed to charge additional to someone using the card or give a discount for someone using cash.

There are places now that have signs @ the registers that "x%" will be added for using a CC. I've seen it in ND and SD, can't say I've seen it in MN but don't spend nearly as much time in MN as I used to.

I can't blame a business getting charged extra, for applying that fee to the customer. That's why some businesses will not accept American Express as their percent is really high and the business is having to pay that. This is how banks can afford to give you a percent back in cash or rewards. I use my scheels card as cash all the time, and pay it to zero every month. It's nice getting those $25 or $50 cards in the mail periodically. You know these banks are raking it in becuase every new building I see going up in Bismarck is usually an damn bank. Why do they need physical buildings BTW? Everything is done with online.

That's where I'm at. There are countless examples of "Computer Modeling" making predictions that don't come anywhere close to true from all sides of the political spectrum.

It's probably already been done, but, it would be interesting (to me at least) to plug in the US Constitution as written and then have AI evaluate every law, code, and regulation to see what the AI considered constitutional or not. It would also be interesting (to me at least) to see this run through multiple versions of AI and then cross-reference the answers.

I tried to find a picture of a perp of a hanus crime once. I googled all the local news outlets and they had his name, but no photo, so I used AI to see if it could lead me to a mugshot or something with a photo, and it REFUSED! I asked it why and it said some word salad about not sharing it because it's controversial. I asked if it would share it if he were white and it said yes.
