Like it so far, but I figure it will be about 18 months and this one will look like the rest. A half hour infomercial where fishing is the afterthought to the advertising. Don't bother much with fishing shows anymore or hunting for that matter. Though I do tune in to anything Shockey or Petersons. I mostly youtube the guys that teach a new fishing technique for their area or try to inform folks on what they do. No advertising or anyone looking to make a quick buck. Just some guys showing what they know to anyone that wants to learn.

I have been lucky enough to be involved with Angling Buzz since the beginning last year. Of course it will be advertising but it is how people earn a living for good production. This show will be unique because the reports from "experts" are less than a week old when they air.

My first appearance will be the week of May 23 if anyone cares.

Seen a show with a local guide (Chad Schilling) last Sunday. I watched it, it was good, but why did he take the cameras to Mobridge? Lets just say jigging the pillars of the bridges, isn't such a secret. I think it was last August, I think I heard that somewhere in the broadcast. I don't fish down there much anymore, but those guys are usually guiding way south of Mobridge. Just seems fishy to me. Is he trying to protect that section of the river from a wave of tourists?
