I was just down with Covid for around a month where I had dramatically reduced my walking/exercising.&nbsp;&nbsp; Perhaps that helped contributed to the healing.&nbsp; ? I also tried to eliminate/reduce heel strike when walking when the symptoms were the worse.&nbsp; Seemed to help.&nbsp;&nbsp; ??&nbsp; but not sure.I wish you well.&nbsp; At times my heel felt like someone was stabbing a knife in there.&nbsp; And repeating the stabbing .......
