Apple CC?

Wife has one. It got hacked she thinks she has it shut down. But now her phone is completely shut down.
I wasn't a fan of this type of CC where you just show your phone. Anyone got one? Like it? Supposed to be more secure? NOT!

Any thoughts? Good or bad.
