A blind man can see it coming , A big % of population is close to over budget just to wake up in the morning and go to work. Unless AI can somehow magically take millions of jobs away and pay us a welfare not to work, bankers will soon become realtors.

Yup...got the same notice from the new City Assessor showing new home valuation. Guess they need to keep increasing things until they can recover the $5.2 million dollars that the school expansion lost by the scammer. Still haven't heard of anyone losing their job over that mess.
