last day to apply for your ND $1600 PTC if you haven't already.
Congrats on the appreciation! Maybe see if th assessors are interested in buying.Just received our annual house assessment, up 27%, after they were caught with millions of over charge dollars.
Stark is a mess, and no one seems to care.
$1,600 credit is gobbled up just like one would expect it to be
Picked up a set of BF Goodrich 4 months ago for the F150 work buggy, it was $1,800 all said and done.I saw on the news that Excel energy is raising rates by 10% starting today. Gas prices , tires close to 1K a set for a pickup. Groceries , health care , license and insurance. A blind man can see it coming , A big % of population is close to over budget just to wake up in the morning and go to work. Unless AI can somehow magically take millions of jobs away and pay us a welfare not to work, bankers will soon become realtors.
Well spent. Tires are the LAST thing I skimp on. They're literally what keeps you on the road.Picked up a set of BF Goodrich 4 months ago for the F150 work buggy, it was $1,800 all said and done.

Yup...got the same notice from the new City Assessor showing new home valuation. Guess they need to keep increasing things until they can recover the $5.2 million dollars that the school expansion lost by the scammer. Still haven't heard of anyone losing their job over that mess.Just received our annual house assessment, up 27%, after they were caught with millions of over charge dollars.
