Dad just sent me a message saying Scheels had 13 rods at really good prices. The ones with titanium eyelets were $99!

I will be there all weekend. Drop by the North Country booth and say Hi. Scheels doesnt advertise ahead of time; but always has great deals on stuff. Runnings also has a great bargain bin each year.

Runnings had some 75% off deals on lures and plastics, but also a really long line. Didn’t see many impressive deals at Scheels - mostly just 20% off on lures and plastics.

Actually Scheels had some great deals on graphs, rods and reels.
I saved $175 on a Loomis/Shimano combo.
Their heritage one rods were $229, almost half price.

The runnings booth had some pretty crazy deals. 75% off a lot of things that were already marked down. I picked up a couple of 5' 13 Fishing Omen Gold trolling rods from the Scheels booth. They were the deal of the day Friday, 40 bucks for a rod that retails at 120.
