I was out this last weekend for one day. Caught a few on a Sakakawea bay.
I'm guessing most guys are just getting going for the year.

Have you gotten your boat wet yet? Any set date for when you will?

Unfortunately, I will not get mine out until the beginning of June. Graduation, along with other things going on have me staying pretty busy and off the water.

Got her out of storage last week, rigged up new graph and transducer this past weekend - she's ready to hit the water...hopefully very soon!🎣

Ha ha, I laugh at info like this. "on a Sakakawea bay"

WTF, you afraid someone will hog your spot.

Jackass. ...rofl...

I don't expect anyone to give their exact spot in a pin but FFS name the bay if you know it.

If you don't, I will still laugh at your description of your fishing spot.

With my job, I don't fish in the boat until the 1st part of July, so you won't have to worry about me hording in on "your bay".

Went on Saturday to drop the boat in and they didn't even have the docks in yet. Our GNF department is getting worse every year. All they seem to care about is their power to regulate morality!

Before you blame G&F you may want to check who is responsible for the docks you are wondering about. Its likely the County or Corp that is responsible for the docks. There may be a number to call on the game and fish website for whatever access you are wondering about.

Boat has been wet 3 times and some decent fish each time so I cant complain despite less than favorable conditions on the Mo.

The ice has been off the lakes for all of 1 week on some SE ND lakes. IDK who puts them in, but I don't need a dock to launch my boat. If I want to boat fish, I'll make it happen.
