My favorite anchor is Tucker. Fox used to have guests that Tucker ripped to pieces. They have kind of gotten away from that format.

I watch Tucker every time I can. He doesn't use many fill-in guest hosts and I like that. I remember seeing this article when it played. A sorry happening.

ps: Cabela's doesn't have any stores in CA because of CA's gun policies. From the SJ/SFO Bay Area the nearest store is just over the NV line a couple of miles ... even before Reno, but if you are a CA resident they will not sell you a gun ... period.

If you've been watching the energy industry as of late (last year or two). Elliot Management (Paul Singer) has been very active in destroying oil companies that operate in ND.

I'm not sure at all how a company like Whiting has been allowed to declare bankruptcy with over 7 billion dollars in assets and less than 4 billion in liabilities where the current shareholders are expected to own a mere 3% of Whiting after it goes through Chapter 11.

Someone is getting royally screwed in that whole thing. Whiting's current shareholders should have a near 4 billion dollar stake in Whiting after it goes through Chapter 11. That's what it means to be a shareholder, you own whatever is above and beyond the liabilities of the company.

Oh, and while I like Tucker's general philosophy on stuff, he's dumb as a stump. At least O'reilly was a sharp as a tack, even if he liked his loofas (sp).

I used to live in Scottsbluff, NE and was in on building a cancer treatment center in Sidney. This was over 15 years ago and the town and Cabelas was booming. It was cool to see it back then and see a small town so proud to a part of the company. Sad to see where it has gone.

i was being sarcastic. They run the place like it’s the opposite. It’s an awful mess. There are so many partners involved in their wells the past five years it’s mind boggling. About four years ago they had two loans that were about 2.5 billion each. And a couple more in the 400 million range. They have zero chance to right the ship if oil prices stay this low for six months. It’ll be chapter 7 damn soon.
