I know I was one of them I got screwed out of check last year I was really pissed off at the time but hopefully like I stated earlier I can make up for that this year I have fished this tourney for years I also fish allot of others this one is still one of my favorites . Maybe I'm just a gluten for punishment lol

I have no dog in this fight but there is a big difference between somebody keeping your money without telling you and them paying you and you returning it.
Its not giving back if you never got. ha

No I didn't get shit after they re worked the placing from all the screw ups I landed in 31 place they told me and they paid to 30 I was pissed plus I weighed in early both days so I wasn't part of the scale fuck up but I'm sure some of those top 30 got the extra lbs so who knows what place I should have gotten but life goes on it was still a great fishing day we boated over 100 Willy's each day awesome fishing

I do not, and entering isn't based on previously not cashing a check.

However, that has nothing to do with the principle of getting screwed or not receiving a check that was owed to me.

I really don't care one way or the other. Just rubbing a bit.

I'm pretty sure Im not the only one who got screwed and is fishing it again this year it's my home court I like fishing the tournament if that makes me stupid oh well I've been called worse if the marina started a tournament again I would probably not fish the casino but it's the only tournament in new town I miss the days of the early bird

well you got doubly screwed because they paid to 50... i was 43 and got paid

He is right. We got our money back for 48th. No bonus weight either but it wouldn't have mattered either way because it paid the same for 30 to 50.

Still pisses me off when I think about this.
We met with the officials after the first day that very night about the scale problem.
Told them to fess up and just tell everyone there was a huge mistake and that it was going to be a one day tourney.
They said no way.
As much as I love to fish that area this time of the year...screw them.

Everyone had an opportunity to fish the AIM tournament just over a month ago. Unfortunately that tournament only had approximately 60 teams. It still bafels me how a better ran tournament that returns all fish to water and takes the incentive to cull out of the equation can't get 1/3 the teams of the most disfunctional ran tournament in the state.

It will be interesting to see just how many teams actually fish this tournament or to just see if they fill it up. But I would be more curious to see if the Prairie Knights Casino walleye tournament fills up their 100 teams. I'm sorry, but I would love to see about only 10-20 teams register and have about another 50-100 boats of the casual fishermen around there fishing. ;:;popcorn

I was told by a buddy that entered last week that they told him there is 150 entrants. I cannot believe that are that many fishermen with no backbone. amazing. I guess they like getting horse humped.
