I can't believe I watched that whole video.

I've become an oven bacon guy. I usually flip it at about 2/3 cook because I'm still anal about perfection. The 12 minutes she mentioned will never happen - realistically bacon usually takes 20-25 minutes at 400°.

I'm glad you did. IMO this "place" is about "experience", "discussion" and "reality" with acceptance of "beer input":

For my breakfast I prefer extra thick cloverdale bacon because I like my bacon chewy and not overly crispy. About 20 minutes in a large pan over medium high heat turning halfway thru. Mmmmm

Now for a blt or topping a burger or other sandwich the thinner crispier bacon is a must and the air fryer works awesome for that IMO

Air fryer bacon is my go to, just because its super easy and turns out pretty good.

Big Paper plate, 3-4 paper towels, 7 mins in microwave depending how crispy u like it, no grease, no mess. Anti-stovetop fry guy here, hate hot splatter, hate mess.

Mostly cook it in the oven or in a makeshift tinfoil pan on the grill. Unless it’s just a couple pieces then I cook it in the microwave. The blackstone griddle is great too if I’m making a big breakfast outside

Thick-cut, medium crispy bacon & peanut butter sandwiches are the
bomb!
