There’s more of the story. the two DNR guys had it out for Hoffman just by how excited the second one got when he realized who it was. Even after they knew they had fucked up they doubled down and still tried to prosecute. Muting their body cameras to me shows conspiracy to intentionally violate his rights, these guys should be personally sued in the poverty.

I wonder why they had it "out" for Hoffman. It's good to ID fucked up LE. It's good to ID and stir more hatred for LE with vids of LE fucktards.

Notice: Hoffman didn't resist or get shot.

LE is fun all around. Shift supervisors probably wanted them burned as overhead was afraid of optics. IME; the higher the pay the higher the Democrat.

That is all.

I've never understood why spotlighting is illegal. As long as you don't shoot something why is it illegal to look at wildlife at night? Makes zero sense.

Some people simply can't resist temptation. We would be shocked how many big bucks are shot just to see if the poachers can hit them.

I agree but why should spotlighting be illegal if nothing is shot? What harm is done by shining a light on a deer at night? Do we arrest people for thinking about doing something now?

I don't think it is UNLESS you have a gun with you. But still, at night you may not know what the hell it is out there. I'd guess if ever challenged by the SCOTUS or even a State SC, it be declared unconstitutional.
