The Unified Sportsmen of Pennsylvania are pursuing this. I commend them. But their Louisiana Scientist

Frank Bastian and his Spiro Bacteria theories have not been able to be replicated by other scientists. Research is research and it all needs to be pursued. ​

Fly, you made me laugh out loud. I needed that. I just posted on the other thread.

CWD is real. Money for research. But an old adage applies here. Never let a crisis go to waste. A thousand cuts to the deer and elk farmers.

So tonight in Minot on channel 3 KXMC news they had a big report on CWD. On there they said how devastating CWD can potentially be and wipe out our deer, elk, moose population. They also said that it could possibly be transferred to humans and it was caused by prions. They never mentioned that there was a cure or it was caused by a bacteria. So I am guessing the video above is a fake or the news is stupid. Which is it?

I found a decent article explaining the video some more and about CWD. Looks like more scientists have to research and agree with Bastian before his findings are agreed upon.

Pretty sure we can all agree that shooting off the whole herd isn't the answer. Other than that I will listen to all and every one's opinion.
