I was just wondering if any of you have a spare porch pole for one of these? I borrowed one and made the mistake of letting someone help me take it down and he bent the pole and I would like to replace it since I know once you bend it and try to bend it back it will weaken the poles. I contacted clam and they said they don't make the porch pole for that model anymore but they did say that I could order the nanook porch pole and trim it and drill new holes for it since it's an inch longer. I don't have the tools for that and since it was borrowed from someone else I would rather not use my lack of skills to do that. If it was my own I would.
Anyway, if any of you have a spare one or a junked out Genz Fish Trap Guide please let me know as I would obviously pay and pick it up. Thanks guys.

If you have the old pole go get alumnium tubing the same diameter and cut to fit use old ends. If your in minot I'd be glad to help.

I really appreciate the offer but it would need to be bent as well as cut since it's a corner part. Thanks again. I was just looking for an existing one but I may have to get a machine shop to cut it and bend it to match the original.

Find an electrician with a conduit bender, no problem to bend it. Good luck.

I nabbed an otter hideout xt in the bargain bin at cabelas for 340 bucks last week. Yay!
