Deep Water Bay

Anyone know if the boat ramp is still open at Deep Water Bay or is the bay iced over now?

I'm sure it's open. When I drove across the bride at New Town this week there were boats out there yet.

Middle ramp froze in. Have to use little boat to back in, off beach low water ramp.

Sorry to let you down skeeter. Went to douglas bay instead. Normally I like to have a wet line as the sun rises but considering the temp I didn't get in a hurry. Started at 9. One 18 incher and father in law lost a few that I suspect were eyes but can't say for sure. Caught plenty of smallies tho. Great day on the water. 43 degrees. Will be out again next few days

Bushwaker28 did you try Rattlesnake island at the mouth of Douglas? I heard its been really good there.
