That's not really Cat Woman. She's just wearing the costume.

Well I guess i am finally in. Been faithful to fishing buddies. But nobody talks on there even when I would say things to try and piss one off. So finally join this site on 9/28 but could not do anything until now. Will see if I can now post something. DBDB

so, am I the only one that tries to picture obese individuals as skinny? Often times I find myself saying, " damn, that guy/gal/gender-neutral individual would be rather handsome if it wasn't for the extra two-hundo"

In this case, I just can't decide. Let's blame it on the costume makeup....yea, can't tell because of the costume makeup.....

Thanks Svn. But it took a while for me to post again so bear with me. Happens when you get old. Took my slide rule out this morning to do some math problems. Still works fine and no batteries and in fact it works as well as it did in 62. In time I will find out how this works. But it will be hard at least at first to leave fb. But will be great to visit with all of you again. DBDB

Changed my truck's air filter after work yesterday. Popped off the casing and pulled up on the filter pad. Sitting inside the compartment are six full-sized kibble of dog food. SIX! Some freakin' mouse had the freedom and time to make multiple trips up & down my 18" tires/rims and find a way into the intake to make the compartment some kind of condominium!

Come to think of it I do now recall a smell that didn't favor the in-car smell any Christmas Tree air freshener could remove this past summer. Never even THOUGHT that I would have to check the air intake system for a household of mice. The truck is parked in my garage every night, too.

Had a 1992 Mazda B 2200 pickup, parked it for the winter by the yard light. Next spring fired it up and it just didn't run right no power. took air cleaner cover off and it was packed full of dog food from the barn, which was 150 ft away. Damed busy mouse that winter, there must have been 5 # dog food in there, that's a lot of trips.

Had a cat that would go next door to bring mice, rats and gophers to the front yard and play with them for a while. I thought it was kinda of neat. Then he would get bored and just walk away leaving the animal alive. Had a small door for him to come into the garage to sleep. Had an older car in there that was store for the winter with dual exhaust and glass packs. That spring when I started it up there must of been a bag of dog food (had a dog to) that came flying out of the exhaust. Well I notice mice dropping by a paneling on the wall by the car. Took the panel off and one of the electric wires under the panel had all the rubber chewed off and part of the other one. Damn cat. So it was a good micer but told the wife I am done feeding it as it can get its own food from now on during the summer.

Chipmunks will pack away huge volumes of winter food too. When I was little my dad had a bunch of alfalfa seed that went missing, I remember him interrogating me a couple times that summer since I was at the age that curiosity overcame better judgment. I never did get the feeling that he was fully convinced that I wasn't the culprit. later that fall he was going to build fire in the old pot belly stove in the garage , when he opened the door the alfalfa seed poured into his overshoes, Once he quit jumping out of his overshoes we both had a good laugh then he showed me how to set a snare.
