My British black lab is named Finn. Got a buddy who just named his chocolate lab Spinner. More of a fishing theme than hunting I guess.

I have a 11 month old Brittany that I got from 100X Retrievers in Venturia, His official name is Faison Chaiseur Venturia which means pheasant hunter from Venturia in French, His nickname is Ruger though. This year will be his first season out so hopefully he lives up to his name

Stay away from: Remington, Ruger, Sage, Hunter, Tikka, Lady, Morgan...all great names - but go with something more original.
Such as:
For a male- Kevin, Steve, Brad, Ted or Engelbert.
Female - Millicent, Catherine, Margret, Judy or Lafawnduh.

Your choice of course, but I think its gotta be either Ted or Judy.

Stay away from Hillary as a name as well. Probably wouldn't be able to trust it to retrieve. :::

I've got an ESS named "Bogey's Par for the Course" aka Bogey and a british lab named Guinness. Let them come after me for copyright infringement! They also answer to Rufus and Rover for some odd reason?
