Anybody else having trouble with the new Outlook email? If so, how did you resolve it. Is there a warm body a person can talk to. Frustrated!!!

Sorry - I never click the Try the new Outlook button at upper right. : )

Maybe try Unclicking it?

My Hotmail locked up a few months back, and the only recovery is to a phone number I haven't had in 10 years, or an email that goes to an email I also don't have access to any longer.

I have decided to move on with my life, and chock it up to gone forever

Come to think of it , my computer or my hotmail account did a scheduled update that buggered up my hotmail account and for some reason I think it was what Guy mentioned . Something or another like that happened but I was able to go back to the old format and it started working again.

Help us help you. If you compose a new email and click Send, what happens? Do you see an error?
I’m assuming you are using a computer rather than your phone.
Are you on wifi, if yes, can you see get to this website on using your computer? That will tell us if your WiFi is working.
Can you post some pictures here showing the problem?

Are you on wifi, if yes, can you see get to this website on using your computer? That will tell us if your WiFi is working.

I had issues too ---- part of it is the host issues they need to get up to date. Mine went in a circle somehow i broke the circle and (but i dont remember how i did it) I was told to use outlook new - i didnt who the hell wants to share more information with MS

Dont use new until they force you.

Called Midco and got the problem solved. Seems that Outlook was the problem. I've always been happy with the help I get from Midco in Sioux Falls.

Midco has excellent customer service!

I’ve have a few issues with my cable but they have always been Johnny on the spot.
